Our preferred carrier for shipping is UPS; however, we may at our discretion, utilize the services of the USPS or FedEx. Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be ground delivery and will include the appropriate insurance coverage. In-stock items will generally ship within 3 - 8 business days from time of order confirmation. Out-of-stock items will require additional delivery time. Deliveries are available Monday to Friday in the Continental US. Saturday and Air Express deliveries are available for an additional charge. Unlike other sites, Bark Lane does not add additional charges for handling your order. Shipping costs are based purely on the weight of your merchandise, packaging materials and cost of insurance to the designated delivery address. Additional charges may apply for oversize or overweight deliveries, i.e., framed pictures.

Undeliverable Items

Any item returned to us from the shipping carrier as undeliverable or refused, will be charged a 20% restocking fee together with the cost of the shipping.
